Coworkers need to learn their job. 7 months in they shouldn’t be asking noob questions

Customer vs employee ratio. 4 people working and entire store is not good customer service

Managers need to start managing and start taking responsibility for staff and not say it’s not my department

Pay increase when minimum wage goes up and being compensated (wage increases) for everything above the minimum requirements of our job we do

They pretend it’s a great place and they lie to you when being hired. Get everything in writing when taking a job here
