As a part time employee, I do not receive a compensation package to my knowledge
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Behaviour of some employees must be modified. They are valuable employees, but they are highly immature and inappropriate.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many coworkers are severely inappropriate with each other and guests and even in the presence of customers. They need to understand what cannot be spoken about in the work place.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The managers and leads are very friendly and happy to chat with anyone in the company. We often work side by side with them. They are not unknown to us.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A number of customers bring children in to the store. Some take issue with the conversations that take place in front of their children. The presence of management nearby is one of the few things hat seems to deter employees from acting this way in front of customers
