We joke with each other and keep things fun

I interviewed with multiple managers to get a good feel about the store.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don’t just sit on their high horse and tell you what to do, they work just as hard if not harder than anyone on the floor.
What makes you most happy at work?
We sell fun as a business. People don’t come here to buy insurance. They are buying basketball hoops, ping pong tables, kayaks and all types of fun stuff, which is cool.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I am the only employee that’s not a manager that is cross trained in every department and they have me working in all of the departments, I think that deserves $1 or $2 more per hour.
