My company is amazing. We sell amazing product to amazing customers. However the company hires store managers that are incapable of leadership instead care strictly about statistics and the bottom line. Turnover is just another statistic, not an indication of poor leadership.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Team. Watching them succeed makes me happy.

Nothing. Inside my store, there is no leadership. Everything learned is self taught.

My Team is a TEAM in the truest definition. We just have a chess coach as our football coach.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has a very very positive culture, however poor leadership has lead to a somewhat hostile work environment. SM and ASM openly degrade younger employees for mistakes rather than coach through mistakes.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I was told a series of lies that lead me to take a lowball offer with the understand that a better one would follow in 30 days... that was 3 months ago
