
I would say there knowledge of products
Managers need to learn to be managers
Friendliness, and seemed like genuine people
Nobody takes anything seriously, its hard to get real help when people prefer to goof off on the walkie
Communication is poor, nobody is on the same page. There needs to be more group discussions, or handouts for policies and procedures
I do a lot of work and dont get credit for it instead i get my hours cut to have them fluctuate again. It's toughfor someone who depends on there job to pay bills.
