Great pay and they were very generous during the COVID-19 pandemic. Showed class and took care of their Teammates.

They consistently ask how they can improve. They are trying hard to adapt to a recognition based culture but are still stuck in an accountability driven culture. They often times push Omni sales above all else and it kills the customer experience
