employees are encouraged to "lure" other employees to do things they are not supoosed to do to gain trust and respecy of managers, part time workers very often are working full time weekly hours, managers repeatedly talking behind employees backs and spread rumors/lies

part time workers are forced to work full time hours, are fired if they change their ability of how much they are able to work

the customers are nice, that is about it: employees are all against each other and all managers want to make everything as hard as possible for employees
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
all employees are in survival mode to not get fired, not good team environment at all because everyone is encouraged to tell on eachother and lure others into doing things badly or wrong to get them caught

no manager was on the same page at all, nobody knew i was hired until i had told them. i went through 4 interviews with differemt managers because there was no communication on their end that i was hired
