Overworked and underpaid. I know that is the case with almost every job, but since the pandemic, the overall morale of employees is at an all time low. Ive been with the company for 5 years, and ive never seen my coworkers more miserable,l. Mgmt doesnt care.

When i clock out and go home

Currently, there is nothing positive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
LISTENING. Listen to our concerns and take them seriously.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My hiring manager was amazing. Knowledgable and actually cared, unlike the ones we have now
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one cares about the work they do. It is a constant argument just to get the bare minimum out of them. Stop hiring children and get people in here who actually want to work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently, i believe we shouldnstill be receiving hazard pay. The company is requiring all employees to wear masks regardless of vaccination status, which means they believe we are working in hazardous conditions. Pay us like we are.
