What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Policies need to be tweaked

They can sense the foolishness.

Employees need attitude changes don't make no sense how they talk to you especially if you are new

They take notice of the way the employees are treated.

Management should meet with all employees and found out how to organize better

There is something wrong with this company in too many ways

This store has a very bad reputation in this area! Please bring it back up to par.

customers never embraced Dillards buying philosophies

Prices are high, merchandise is hideous. Those are my constant complaints.

The attitudes of certain leaders come off very aggressive and actually scares the customers off

Employees need to be held accountable and when they aren't, management needs to have consequences too

Managers shouldn't have favorites or picks. They need to do something about associates being on their phones on the sales floor at their registers. They also need to cut back on the work load on the dock since there isn't that many workers.

Allowing management to have "favorites" and give some people special treatment due to romantic relationships.

Upper management gives merchandise away to charities and there’s no accountability for P/L within the syst
