About caring more about the safety of the workers than about selling

Low pay, small raises, limited growth.
Even playing field with transparency is great start
More flexible vacation time, betwee 401k match,
In spite of what the survey says store managers and below are not compensated well and the benefits especially their relocation package is at the bottom of the industry.
To stop blackmailing and back stabbing one another to gain favor with management.

better attitudes, more skilled, more interest in their work
push credit card say ton much, I live in a small town and its not a very rich place
Every sales associate is fighting for sales just to meet their quota and communication is very poor
Work together and recognize they work fot the store betterment.
Change in attitude in all levels of management.
The problem is when you are the store manager and you never smile or interact with your associates
The store just needs updated! A bunch of old furniture and tech
Management and no competition between coworkers
The structure of the company creates a hostile work environment
Stop creating flase hope for all the future employees.

managers could do better they don't explain

Stand by what you say and be more professional like you were during interview process
I would improve the companies interview process by showing more interest in others.
More communication with the process would be appreciated .
Policies need to be tweaked
They can sense the foolishness.
Employees need attitude changes don't make no sense how they talk to you especially if you are new
They take notice of the way the employees are treated.
Management should meet with all employees and found out how to organize better
Need new management. Unrealistic sales goals
