Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The going rate for the position in our job market is much higher compared to the compensation offered.

Company does not match the market for the job/duties I perform. Current cost of living in Phoenix has been skyrocketing the past few years and the company is not adjusting the compensation to retain employees for the future.

The cost of living is going up, but my current wage (corporate) has not increased at the rate of inflation. If the next raise is less than $2 per hour I may have to leave DriveTime after 6+ years of employment. I am already working a 2nd job with no work-life balance.
