Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have the experience needed for this position and would have liked a bit more compensation. I tried to negotiate and was denied.

Inflation in Phoenix is at 13% and the highest in the country, the salaries don't match that.

We are paid under the market value for our position and responsibilities.

Even though the benefits are great, Drivetime pays many positions (aside from IT and AD and higher positions) below industry standard. Prioritizing salary pay over corporate bonus would make me feel better about compensation as salary is guaranteed pay and bonus is not.

Well.. for the position and responsibility the compensation is not high enough. It would be better to compensate up at market rate or a bit higher. I believe this will help retain great employees.
