family oriented, great work life balance, and pretty much all around family culture. Never been treated poorly and always feel appreciated
Co-workers and other engineers are fantastic. Top level Engineering leadership is also fantastic.

My team is so helpful and understanding of the learning curve at the company which is honestly quite immense. The area is unique and nuanced with many carriers and many big ideas to keep in mind. And since it's a tech company there's a lot of architecture to become familiar with. That's normal tho
EasyPost used to have the best culture ever before the ridiculous COO/President/CLO circus act destroyed the company. Many of my co-workers used to echo the same sentiment. For the first couple years in the company, an Engineer never quit.
Great engineering team, a lot of 10x engineers and super smart people. Engineering team might be the best in the bay area, talent from top tier companies and brilliant coding ability.
