ePay is the best job I've ever had. While the insurance business isn't necessarily what I dreamed where I would land, it doesn't feel like a typical insurance company. It's a tech company, first, with tons of innovation. The people make it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The salary is very solid. Nice bonus structure

Clear goals and clear roadmap

Very easy vibe, everyone is on the same page, low drama

There's little drama, the product works and everyone knows what their role is.

What makes you most happy at work?

Knowing what my role is and that the direction we are headed is the right one

Again, zero drama. For whatever reason, the people attracted to ePay tend to be super hard-working, normal people.

Being at a place where the goals are realistic and the growth of the business by hitting those goals is appreciated and noticed.

There's no drama or big personalities derailing progress. The goals are clear for each sector of the business. The product decisions have been smart.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary is competitive and bonuses are nice. Holistically, between the lunch stipend, health insurance, events and just the general vibe of the company, it all adds up.
