What do you like best about the leadership team?
The managers and executives take a personal interest in everyone and really take the time to show that they really care.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to talk with my coworkers. I also have a lot of goals set for myself to meet certain metrics, so I get excited when i meet them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are a lot of benefits that are paid by the company, but the best perk of the job is the unlimited PTO. I am never afraid if something comes up that I will not be able to cover my monthly expenses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best. We are a little family and the culture here is fantastic. I have yet to run into someone that is not genuine. ePay cares a lot about the company culture and it shows. The people here are amazing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ePay does a lot to keep everyone talking and engaged with each other. They also hire a lot of like-minded individuals and have a thorough interview process to make sure you are a good fit. Unlike other work environments, they show that they care and it makes a huge difference in the day-to-day.
