Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our base salary is on the lower end of the market average. However our commission structure is fair.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is not bad as a base, commissions are really good, unlimited PTO is crazy good, and the healthcare is phenomenal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all really really cool and love to get to know you. Everyone enjoys crushing goals and having a good time while doing it!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our executive team is on the same page and have a common goal of being the best in the industry. They strive every day to accomplish that and provide us with the necessary tools to take the organization there.
