Very positive. I like that management recognizes the importance of making good hires, and gives us the time to find the right candidate. They allow us to experiment with process a lot. Overseeing, but not overbearing. We inherited a great system and product.

Annual bonus is really nice and very generous.

I like the "Let's Go" attitude; sincerely appreciate that health insurance premiums didn't increase the past year.

The attitude of the teammates: the can-do, "Let's Go" spirit we all have. The shared sense of ownership.
