Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
ePay has been a true blessing for me. I've been doing this type of work for 20+ years and ePay has allowed me to get back to doing what I love each and every day. The people I work with are great. The culture is fantastic. I'm in an environment that has challenges and pushes me to be better.

Everyone's willingness to get to know each other and build solid relationships.

Unlimited PTO and actually being able to take some time off. Something I didn't necessarily have at my last company

People are always willing to help others no matter what the situation is. We have an organization of team players!

I think the annual bonus opportunity based on overall company and individual performance is great. Not all companies offer this across the board to all employees

Our team is family oriented and focus on doing the right thing no matter the circumstance. We truly care about the well-being of others and show support when it's needed

The company is all about celebrating the successes with the employees. Always showing how each and everyone of the employees plays a part in the companies success and how much they are appreciated

the ability to meet and talk to people face-to-face without having to do everything through a video call. All the casual & ad-hoc conversations I get to have each day is the best thing ever

Have the opportunity every day to make a difference in what the future looks like for ePay! On top of that, I'm always learning something new each day which keeps me highly engaged in the business and what is going on

Everyone is aligned on what our goals and objectives are for the year and willing to help each other out. Also, the team is open and transparent with feedback which makes for a strong relationship with each team member. Everyone wants to win
