What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here seems to be committed to our success. Amazing work/life balance (I can't stress this one enough). Really appreciate the amount of effort that goes into the various company events.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
HSA is fantastic. The flexibility that Hybrid work provides is amazing. But would be lovely to have some sort of ESPP or RSU program would be very welcome, especially at this stage in the business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very flat org with direct access to senior leadership if needed. Everyone is aligned on what is important to move forward. Seem to be very in touch with what is needed to retain talent in Austin
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing a client get up and running on time after overcoming new or challenging obstacles feels great. Being able to build teams of high performers who continuously improve and produce tangible results that allow us to grow and expand.
