ESRI is a unicorn company! Working here is a blessing and getting to be part of this organization is a highlight of my life.

It started great and then I did not get the training or mentorship I needed to succeed

I've had a great experience, I started as an Intern and then converted to full-time. My team is understanding and very friendly-- which makes coming into work very enjoyable.

ESRI's leadership has made it their mission to put employees first. By doing this, employees like me feel good about coming to work and pushing the company's goals forward. We will do what it takes to take care of an organization that is taking care of us.

Their focus is first on the employees and then all else. The fact the prioritize us makes us want to go the extra mile for the company.

My leadership team has been great because they have created a culture of learning and always asking questions. Everyone has an open door policy and will always be willing to help or answer any questions you have-- no matter their 'title'.

Pay is very competitive and medical/dental are covered fully by ESRI. Not many companies do that anymore.

The team is very pleasant to work with and makes the day go by pretty nicely.

We collaborate as often as we can and they are always willing to help out

Our team is very close, we make sure to have fun while doing our work. Team meetings are always lighthearted but we always get to the point. We consistently take trainings together and do our own quarterly team events. We also celebrate everyone's accomplishments and successes.

Teamwork is key, it happens and it's lived day in and day out!

Employees come first! Most people look out for one another and help out whenever needed.

Everyone at Esri extremely friendly, you can message or talk to anyone you want and learn more about their work, etc. No one will ever turn down a conversation.
