Our leadership team is very approachable and willing to talk through any concerns I may have.
Create an environment where everyone is chipping in for the good of the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are very good. The only negative about it is that we utilize UnitedHealthCare. While our company is trying to do something good by providing us with health coverage, UHC is doing everything it can to not cover us.
Healthcare for me and my husband is completely covered.
I think we have one of the best healthcare packages

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel raises are not keeping up with inflation. I get good performance reviews, but the small increases in salary do not correspond with the ratings of my performance reviews.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are passionate about IT and love to learn and share new things.
Everyone is eager to learn and contribute to the team
Esri staff is engaged, knowledgeable, and dedicated.
Mostly all of my teammates are open to learning and teaching

Everyone is valued and Esri makes it a point to be inclusive.

The ability to contribute to meaningful and impactful projects
Being able to work for a company that is actually trying to make the world a better place. Being even a small part of that is very fulfilling.
Solving problems and figuring out how to make improvements to make processes better and more efficient for my coworkers
