What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership does not just tout company values, they demonstrate many of them daily. Rarely have I seen any organizations come so close to truly living by company values.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The core benefit package is adequate but the small perks such as weekly lunch reimbursements and quarterly wellness stipend make for some nice "icing on the cake."

The interview process was heavily focused on overall individual fit into the overall organization instead of concentrating on just a few targeted skills required for a specific role.
