The vibe is pretty good here, some of us feel like we're working harder than others sometimes, but I think that's with any job. I work between 39 and 41 hours a week.
I work fed ex ground and I only get up to 4 hours!

formally known as smartpost and many of my co-workers dont know how to build a good pallet or simple fix bad one. we need trainers yr round.

they are some of the hardest working people who care. push to shove always get it done (late freight, weather, etc.)

I'm most happy when I leave the building and get to do my best for my customers. I've been on my route for 17 years and I enjoy it..

20+ years at 70% of top pay... unfair review system left many underpaid and new pay scale puts new hires at top pay in ten years
compared to ups we are paid around 10.00 less an hour for doing the same job...and our benefits (health, etc.)have dropped so bad
