They don't...the more you do the more they expect. ..at a customer center level

How's the leadership on the IT team at FedEx?
The leadership team is high caliber, very knowledgeable about the technology industry as well as the business of FedEx. In addition, they set audacious goals that push the company forward. Where they struggle a bit is embracing the concepts behind modern management, specifically granting their team members greater autonomy. It is still very much a command-and-control mindset. However they recognize the need to adapt and are making progress.

Would be better if they had enough equipment for everyone and if that equipment worked properly

we are low on workers but high on freight, there are not enough workers to get the freight done in the time we are suppose to be there

Top level is terrible, the managers seem to really make the company move
