  • The leadership team is high caliber, very knowledgeable about the technology industry as well as the business of FedEx. In addition, they set audacious goals that push the company forward. Where they struggle a bit is embracing the concepts behind modern management, specifically granting their team members greater autonomy. It is still very much a command-and-control mindset. However they recognize the need to adapt and are making progress.
