Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the knowledge and technical skills required to do my job daily should be better compensated. at least 40.00/hr like our management counter parts. our management counter parts only do half the work we do. they don't handle the provisioning and technical side working with field technicians.

We mostly work as a team. Most of the team is very helpful to each other.
