the CEO seems to be presiding over a budget cutting exercise with Tech. The CTO is a technically clueless sociopath with no business running a tech company; his best idea is to outsource to India when all other companies have already been there, done that and learned their lessons and are now insourcing again

not at all, there will be a continued program to outsource all US jobs to Gap Tech India

clothing discount of 50% for Gap/Banana Republic/Old Navy and 20% for Athleta was a nice perk. The Gapeteria also has good food everyday for pay

at this point so many people have left that the remaining few are over burdened

Corporate IT is a tribal enterprise with a lot of power pockets and hoarded knowledge that bog down delivery. Also way too much process that is inhibitive of innovation
