What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership what leadership only taking care of themselves no way to hold them accountable
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get rid of all the support staff and start over at BCO none of them have a clue what their doing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have no raise in sight and GE is only taking things away. Production is at a all time high and wages are at a stand still. Everything is going up but not my wages. Need about a 7 dollar an hour raise to be able to live again
