Direct compensation is good, the bonuses are low, benefits are getting worse.

Letting us do our jobs instead of trying to force everyone into the same mold of GE.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
GE forces a lot of beaurocracy on us, the culture is annoying at best. I try to ignore it mostly and just get my work done.
