Company made promises of training and raises and never fulfilled. Benefit package is increasing in price every year and comes out we take home less.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect of employees. Always acting like they're doing people a favor. Post job openings that they already know who they're filling it with. Always making behind door deals.
