They are in the same boat as myself. Everything keeps getting taken away from the average white collar employee and not Upper management

Removal of lifetime health insurance, vacation days, pay raises, our health ins is a joke and my 1000 shares of awarded stock is worth zero
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Discipline the employees that do not want to work instead of just walking by them like it is OK. It creates turmoil in the facility.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management ignores the employees that do not work and increase the work load on the ones that do. Correct the problem or lose the employees.
