Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Under valued? Because I'm not being given the value I put in, they slowly lower pay because the processes are demanding less technically skilled workers over time and sacrificing quality judgement technician level.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work better at knowing company procedures and how to gain influence over changes being forced upon by managing teams. So as to help those who are responsible for making changing decisions understand the extent of the effects they will have
