What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to be treated like adults. Need to stop hiring family and friends of company people and hire actual qualified people. Need leadership not people scared to do their job because it might hurt their chances of moving up corporate ladder.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the newer hired employees have zero skills and for lack of a better word are young/ignorant. Most of them are also family to company people which further infuriates older employees who actually had to have 5 years of experience and pass multiple tests just to be considered.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is a severe lack of actual leadership. Most of the so called leaders strictly cater to the whiny workers while completely ignoring the good workers. Not to mention they will not stand up for the correct way of doing things because they're afraid to upset anyone on the floor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like more of a stock sharing program to help me prepare for the future . I would also like to see more transparency between company and workers. As of right now we mostly just get lies or talked to like we're children instead of just coming out and saying what's going on in the company.
