What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
GE does an incredible job with access to Executives. Leaders have round tables, lunches, and after hour get togethers where employees are allowed to speak frankly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at pivoting to change. It is expected from the employees but they didnt see any of the things that have tripped up GE lately.
