No transparency. Will not address concerns. Mask the truth from employees. Only concerned about what higher management wants. Do not recognize people's strengths and does not utilize them.

No focus on building a good base system to follow for all employees. Analyse pitfalls with entire group. Address resolutions. Enforce new rules. Create accountability rules. Build strong base workforce through training on weaknesses.

Assure them when they have questions. Teach them when they lack the knowledge to perform their job. Encourage them to push aside Management's feeling about them and do your best for yourself.
