Happy at times, depressing most of the time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication skills between all three shifts with both hourly and salary.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change some of the salary people to jobs they can do. The environment is very sad right now. Hourly people are depressed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is unorganized and we do not have the proper tools to perform our jobs. The company recently shut down our tool crib on third shift, which we needed desperately.
