What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's not very positive. I have to work hard at keeping positive. I'm usually more positive than most my coworkers who are generally negative.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Negative oppressing strict militant company. Only allows 5 minutes late for entire week with out receiving written discipline. Also located in heavest traffic area. Always an issue. Only 30 minutes for lunch makes it extremely difficult to return from lunch on time. Improve with Cafe
