mindset of the leadership mentality and way to approach possible issue - transparency needs to be put first

What do you like best about the leadership team?
For some of the leaders that we have internally in the team where I work I like the patience and the time they take to explain a topic where they would like you to find the solution or then way to improve the process.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was part of an all day assessment and it was the fact I had the chance to interact with different people already in the company and not.. different activities among 1:1 interview and group interview that made me think: even if I don't make it .. it was an extremely helpful experience for me
