Cramped workspaces with nowhere to sit and think. Lip service paid to improving things as Execs sit in offices and the "proles" don noise-canceling headphones to get any peace.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Blue sky thinking and market leadership. We've become transfixed by being "the next..." instead of making big bets. Stop the derivative rot and someone tell Sundar "no" on occasion.
