I did not need to counter-offer here, they knew my value on my initial offer.
Very open with communication. They make sure that all angles are considered before making decisions. Fairness is very important here.
They move fast for the greater good. There's no time of day when they are unavailable. Generally speaking, what we do impacts every other team, and that is kept in mind when decisions are made.
Not being micromanaged, but also having the support and comfortability to ask for help as needed. They have given me responsibilities beyond previous roles and given me the resources to handle them at the same time.
We don't have to make it a point for people to interact with each other regarding non-work items. People genuinely like each other here outside of work needs and requirements. We often spend time together outside of the office.
I got to meet with 3 people separately rather than a panel. It wasn't extremely repetitive, and it was more of an open dialogue rather than a review of my resume. The interview process was more of a character interview rather than skills interview, as skills can be taught.
