The experience is good. The compensation is excellent. However the career mobility is very slow. The expectations are very fuzzy (ironically for a company obsessed with data) and management guidance is lacking.

Not so much competition amongst coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't micromanage their employees.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop using a whiteboard for writing code. Stop asking algorithm puzzles. They only prove that someone has seen the problem before, likely because they are spending time prepping rather than working.
