Absolutely horrible when it comes to pay, promotion, middle management and HR. Excellent when working on products. After 8 years, I'm leaving and the company is unrecognizable (in a very negative way) from the one I joined.

Diversity and equal pay and opportunity for women and minorities. Salary transparency.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop paying lip service to diversity and inclusion and actually make change instead of defending failure to be equitable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
8 years and never promoted. Slotted on a career ladder with less pay and opportunity than my less experienced colleagues.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Cultural fit is too highly valued given the current company culture. There used to be a value placed on unique individuals more than 7 years ago, but paying referral bonuses has led to a monoculture that is not distinguishable from any other "young white privileged momey-motivated male" tech company
