Being an actual leader. Get to know your team. Without them your job doesn't exist. Know the processes you lead. Be a person of integrity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct lead teaches/instructs me by my side. Believes in learning by doing. He is an expert in the processes he leads. I respect him.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have worked as a contractor (TVC) for two contracts now (3 years). I am great at what I do, so why haven't you hired me full time already?
