I have had an overall positive experience at GR0. I came in when it was very young, and watching it grow has been a pleasure. Sure, there are bumps along the way, but that's to be expected. I'm pleased to see how management has taken on the challenge of scaling ethically.

Overall, the direction that GR0 has grown in has been a positive one. They're making some attempts at allowing for healthy work life balance, although I do see most of the employees frequently killing themselves to make things work. I appreciate the company's attempts at improvement.

I feel that my salary is more than fair, but I am much more devoted to the company for the unlimited PTO policy. I can't express how much calm it brings me to know I won't have to miss a family gathering, work when sick, and that I can take time off when I need a mental break.

The best part of my compensation package is that I do feel I am being paid fairly for my position and that I'll be heard if I ever have a problem with compensation. However, I would like GR0 to offer 401k matching and/or a fitness reimbursement program.

I think GR0 has something of a skew when it comes to where they spend their money. Certain positions, while certainly difficult, are seen as worth much more than others, even if they require similar amounts of time, effort, and skill.

The benefits were just not applicable to me because I'm a contractor, and any entry-level salary isn't going to be high enough. That's not on gr0 -- that's a capitalism thing.
