I love that we are always kept in the loop. If there are changes, they quickly call a round table or town hall meeting to discuss. I feel that they are transparent and authentic, which leads to a great culture from the top down!

Quit "appointing" your favorites to promotions/jobs without posting the job and looking at other candidates. The same few "golden children" of the ELT continue to monopolize the best promotions and positions, usually without any experience (the ELT promotes people to leadership without people exp).

The diagnostic space has higher compensation plans in general.

I work 12 hrs a day and produce a high volume for the company but the attainment goals dont reflecf mt efforts nor am I getting paid what I should.

Compensation must be based upon industry averages - very much below benchmarks (confirmed); goals no aligned with life of company

We still do not have mileage compensation figured out - have been driving for work (avg 2000 miles/mo) since April and no compensation yet. Base pay is very fair. Goal expectations are lofty for commercial launch 3 months ago. I believe quarterly bonus structure should be more than 10k @ plan.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think there is a willingness to listen and to support each other. People are communicative and warm. There is a lot of creativity in the discussions and a willingness to be flexible as we scale.

Personnel changes at the top (ELT); some senior leaders who are very competent, yet not in the right positions and are very negative, bullying and discriminating. Excruciating every day for the entire team.
