What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the additional yearly bonus, wellness reimbursement, internet and phone reimbursement.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I go above and beyond my core mission and duties frequently. I do not feel that is being recognized. I wish we'd benchmark some of our non Engineering roles a bit more extensively.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how many ERGs we have. To me this means the company is willing to put dollars into the development and support of these activities. There's also a great sense of work-life balance. Culture of getting the work done on time, on your time.
