What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and benefits are good, but I really love the fitness stipend. It helps me to prioritize some fitness goals I have without feeling like i'm splurging with my own money.

I consider compensation to be more than just money so I would highlight a few points. 1) the flex work/work from anywhere policy 2) time allowance given for volunteer work, 3) financial fairness in terms of Base Pay, Bonus and Long Term Incentive program (Cash & Stock)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Regional pay scales for global role. Pay international rates, not rates deemed to be fair for country of residence.

What are some of the best things about your team?
People really care about what they do and make sure that we get to the best decisions. This means healthy debate, but mutual support for common goals.

I love knowing that everyone in the room is genuinely there to come up with the best outcome and is not just trying to push their own agenda. It is very easy to ask for help or to say, I don't understand plese explain it again.

My immediate team is doing exciting work that directly impacts the success of our customers. The company has done so much in the last 3 years, and it's very exciting to see where we're going.
