The company feels like it is going downhill. When I first started with H&M I was so excited, I loved going into work every single day. I was proud to say that I work at H&M. Fast forward to now, I am miserable here. The values no longer exist and company culture has drastically changed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Following company standards, communication, favoritism ( even though I am a favorite) following operations and the values
What makes you most happy at work?
having an efficient team that can count on each other, the values and having management that cares about their employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't go through the normal interview process when I got hired so I do not think I should even answer this
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it use to be positive, but it no longer is. I think following that values makes a huge impact on the positivity of the company
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
improvement is greatly needed. There are no effective trainers in store. What the company needs to do is create a trainer position which pays more than a regular sales associate and more than the new people, so you can have quality training for new employees.
