Good only for starting career and working student. It is not a long term job overall honestly because it is very stressful environment -management and co-employee. however they are doing great in terms of sustainability.

Teamwork but some politics. Average in terms of customer service.

About the compensation is not fair in terms how long you work and multitask you are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sustanability and Average Customer Service level , since I was previous employee of high end brand like Lacoste, Fred Perry and Florshiem which I consider we give our 100 percent customer service to our clients and customer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Overall Store Manager is doing excellent in terms of leadership. However, some co-employee is unprofessional in terms on how to deliver feedback in group chat. Let me quote " Group Chat in your company is like a Student Assignment" meaning to say your out of work but definitely your mind is on store
