What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are one team. On the product level, we are extremely close knit, we have fun and we have great discussions and achievements.
What makes you most happy at work?
Fair compensation according to market rate and job responsibilities. And i would be most happy if some of the senior management in Business Tech are fired.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Relaxing interviewer and casual atmosphere. Knowing H&M's culture of We Believe In People also made it comforting and thus lighten the stress and i could be myself.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The new senior leadership team in Business Tech are trying to wipe the whole legacy and history of H&M's values and how we operate, off the face of their new world to start their own legacy, in the process causing a very high turnover rate of employees. They do not care to understand the complexity.
