It was great when I first started, but now we are super understaffed almost always. Low pay. Very low chances of raises even if offered a raise its not that much.

Everyone works hard to do their best. Teamwork is our biggest goal everday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay! If this company doesnt want to lose their workers offer a better pay! I feel like they dint appreciate their employees enough especially those who are the minorities. Managers and the test are always treated more which is unfair for everyone else. Sale's associates do most of the work!!
